Old Lovers Walking

crush and congeniality
curls the corners of your lips
 apologising awkwardly for your awkwardness
walking on a cool spring night
your watered eyes see the inexpressibility of
these paused moments, fragments a syllable
away from implosion, a smile away from regeneration.

Lying Naked

I imagine her, lying naked
  with fulsome breasts
 telling the truth
   exposing
      more than flesh
and kingdoms have been fought and lost
    for the touch of skin

Breasts

The dalliance land of Gods
the high breasts of a women
light with rays of heaven, man's mortal lot
from there the infant sun dawns and
there, in the evening, spent, sinks
 man, the child of Gods,
   has a motherland
which is on this very earth, but kisses heavens.
