It's strawberry season here in Louisiana, and I can think of nothing better than dipping fresh, red, ripe strawberries in warm chocolate sauce and feeding them to one's loved one(s). And if the chocolate sauce drips down on to the person you are serving, don't panic.... just offer to help clean off the sauce in the best way possible. Who knows? You just might forget about the strawberries and have fun playing with the sauce.
A good chocolate sauce can be easily created with these few ingredients:
8 oz of semi-sweet chocolate (chips or bars)Method:
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler or over a very, very low heat in a saucepan.
